RIHS initiated “30 hours on the beach for publication” to develop a manuscript and submit a research article on the Scopus database in 30 hours

On 27-28, March 2021, at Beach Walk homestay Thasala district Nakhon Si Thammarat province Research Institute for Health Science (RIHS) initiated “30 hours on the beach for publication”. The purpose of this project supported research publication and submitted a research article on the Scopus database in 30 hours, and Asst.Prof.Dr.Udomsak Saengow the director of the research institute for health science gave a warm welcome remark.

In this project, we received the honor from mentors to support and give advice about focusing on the distinctive point of the research article, suggest the specific manuscript of each work in a complete cycle, style of writing, statistic, language-using, choosing the right journal for publication, and time management in writing. The mentors were including:

1.Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chuchard Punsawad deputy dean School of medicine

2.Asst.Prof.Dr. Gorawit Yusakul the head of the research center School of Pharmacy

3.Asst.Prof.Dr. Wanida Limmun the lecturer from the School of Science

4.Asst.Prof. Mark Bedoya Ulla the head of the research center School of Languages and General Education

5.Asst.Prof.Dr. Gerd Katzenmeier the lecturer from the School of Allied Health Sciences

6.Mr. Kosin Sirirak Walailak Journal Managing Editor of Walailak Journal of Sciences and Technology.

For this project, there were more than 30 interested lecturers in different faculty, and10 research articles can be submitted in time of this project. Dr. Rujikorn Rattanatham new lecturer from the School of Allied Health Sciences was the first author that can develop a manuscript and submit a research article to the journal.
